It involves young people aged 16 to 25 and job seekers over 26 years.
Your company can incorporate as a fixed-term contract (CDD) from 6 to 12 months or a permanent contract (CDI). It opens right to exemption from fees charged to the employer.

The period
Professionalization

The employee can benefit from the period of professionalization, after consultation with the employer, particularly when its qualification is insufficient to meet the technological developments.
The training plan
At your initiative and after consulting the committee or staff delegates if they exist, it may cover 3 types of training :

  • The adaptation to the workplace,

  • Changes in the employment or continued employment,

  • Skills development.

The individual right to
Training or DIF

It opens each employee a right to training, implemented in consultation with the company.
This right to 20 hours of training per year may be accumulated over 6 years within 120 hours.
The accompanying employee
It is based on 4 essential elements: the maintenance and professional skills assessment validation of experience training the passport information via observatories looking in trades and professional qualifications of branches.

The Academy EXAM'ENPOCH offers correspondence courses to employees for the training plan and the DIF "Right individual training."

For the record, vocational training is offered not only officials but also for employees. Vocational training can prepare for any diploma, certification and qualification.

1 - I do not have a checkbook

2 - funding for training

Funding for training in France, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Guyana
The collection of funds for vocational training is mainly provided by the AGEFOS-PME (established in 1983 as a joint initiative of the Union CGPME employers and trade unions) whose mission is to collect contributions from business.

In the DOM, any business (excluding agriculture or construction) must pay its contributions to a training OPCA Interprofessionnel AGEFOS-PME or OPCAREG (Art L 961 - 12 of LC).

3 - support for training : I am seeking employment

I am seeking employment : I would like to know how to take charge of training.
Since 1 January 2001, the agreement provides unemployment insurance to establish the allowance for Return to Employment (AREF) funded by the ASSEDIC. The job seeker continues to receive the ARE which takes the name of AREF during the training period. If training exceeds the duration of compensation, there is a "allowance End of Training" (AFF) subject to the ANPE.

To qualify, the training must :
  • Meet the qualification needs identified locally or in areas recognized by the holders branches nationally or regionally ;
  • Enabling job seekers to acquire skills to access job offers.

It is important that the job seeker, included in the ASSEDIC and having signed a PARE has employed for 4 months during the 18 months following the end of their contract of employment and whether not resigned to it.
The PARE is Plan to Help Return to Employment.
1st stage : ANPE deliver to the job seeker a "Certificate of Registration Stage" it must send to the Academy EXAM'ENPOCH.
Step 2 : Once signed by the job seeker and the ANPE, you receive a "Certificate of Entry on Stage" to give the Academy EXAM'ENPOCH.

4 - I pay my training

I wish to finance my education by my own means
Training is an investment in the future, so the cost of training should not be an obstacle for you.

You can pay your training several times or 45 € / month for 45 months. Send an email to have a payment facility to the attention of Madame Blouin : contact@examenpoch.com.

5 - support for training: I am employed  CDD or CDI

I am employee CDD * * or CDI, I want to develop my skills.

* CDD means fixed-term contract
*  CDI Means ended contract
The training offers many possibilities :

1 - The Right to Individual Training (DIF) funded by the joint body Accredited Collecteur (OCPA) from the private or public administration : If the DIF is organized on working time, wages are paid at rates normal.

2 - Leave Individual Training (CIF) funded by the FONGECIF

3 - The training plan of the company: implemented at the initiative of the company, it is totally supported financially by the tax collectors on Vocational Training (OCPA).

The training is completely free for both parties: the employer and employee.

6 - support training for employees : the individual right to training (DIF)

I want to receive training under the DIF (individual right to training)
The individual right to training (DIF), a credit hour in which an employee has to learn his initiative in a professional setting.
DIF can acquire :

  • A promotion, acquisition, maintenance and upgrading of skills,
  • A qualification for the acquisition of a diploma or a title for business purposes.
The commitment to training under the DIF is in accordance with the agreement formalized by a written document.

The DIF is applicable from 1 January 2005.
Your credit increases increases of 20 hours each year if you are full time. It combines up to a limit of 120 hours.

You are part-time : the right to DIF is calculated on a pro rata basis of your plan of work.

You're CDD : If you have four months' service, consecutive or not, during the last twelve months, in the same company or not, you have acquired a right to DIF. It is calculated pro rata for the duration worked.

You have just been laid off, you resigned : You can use your DIF immediately. Your employer is obliged to give you the training of your choice during your notice. The number of hours you are entitled must be specified on your letter of dismissal. Otherwise, there is a lack of procedure that you can contest the tribunal. Write your letter immediately.

The company has not only obligation information on the DIF. It must train its employees. If no request comes from them, credits hours of training are combined. Thereby increasing the financial risk to the DIF. If nothing is done for 3 years, the company faces the risk that his colleagues ask each 60 hours of training, equivalent to almost half a month of training. This represents a cost equivalent to a 13th month's salary for each employee costs (salaries + educational costs). The financial risk to let accumulate credits hours DIF is important for the company. As an indication, this represents a risk of 2 billion euros per year for all employees of listed companies.
The written request of DIF is to submit by hand or sent by mail recommended to your human resources manager.

The application must specify the nature of the training, its starting date, duration, the center of training and the cost of training.

The application must be filed 60 days before the start of training.

Within 30 days after the filing of your application, we will answer your human resources manager.

If the response is favorable, an agreement will formalize the choice of training and modalities of implementation.

7 - support for training : Leave individual training

I want to receive training under the CIF (Leave Individual Training)
Leave Individual Training (CIF) allows you to change your business (Entrepreneurship) or training and gain a qualification.
Conditions

  • Have worked for 24 months (2 years) during the last 5 years;
  • Have worked for 4 months in the past 12 months in CSD (Fixed-term determined)
  • Employee at the end of CSD-1 or an unemployed person
Compensation
If your application is accepted, the FONGECIF you pay a fee and maintain your social (social security, unemployment insurance and pension) and payment of training fees.

8 - I am an entrepreneur

I am not managing employee, company-employed, artisan, professional
The training can pay the training of non-employees via AGEFICE.
The training is completely free for independent who paid on the basis of aid combined € 800.00 per year paid by the AGEFICE.
The professionals must address the FIFPL.
As against, you must pay in advance training at the Academy EXAM'ENPOCH. At the end of training, we send your file to support comprehensive training for your refund.

9 - I am a beneficiary of RMI

I am a beneficiary of RMI, the social minimum, the single parent allowance
The full registration fee can be paid by the organizations that help you (Local Missions, town halls, ..) as part of an insertion or qualified rehabilitation work.

To encourage recipients of the RMI to take up paid employment, it is possible to combine the RMI with earnings of an activity, whether or not paid in full during the first 3 months and then partially in 4th 12th month.

10 - the benefits of vocational training

The benefits of distance training
The courses of distance training are available by mail or online at any time. The organization is individual and the issues are raised through chat, e-mail, or in groups via a Webcam.

11 - originality of the Academy EXAM'ENPOCH

The teaching of the Academy EXAM'ENPOCH "relay Pedagogy" is a computer that retains the probationer at the end of training.
Indeed, the Academy EXAM'ENPOCH "relay Pedagogy" is the only institution to offer a laptop that retains the probationer at the end of training as part of the training contract chosen.

12 - Training prior to employment

You can tell me what training prior to employment .
You need to acquire new skills that will guarantee you a job?

The ASSEDIC may participate in training costs as well as registration, transportation and accommodation.

You are seeking work and you are receiving the allowance for Return to Employment (see PARE): assistance with training prior to employment, you can acquire the skills.
Your conditions

  • Your job after training must be a permanent contract (CDI) or a fixed-term contract (CDD) of at least 6 months.
  • You must follow the training plan drafted by the company either within the company, are insured by an outside agency.

Conditions for your future employer

The employer is the private sector and contributes to the ASSEDIC or it belongs to the public sector and in this case, must be a member to the Insurance. An agreement under the ANPE must be concluded between the employer and ASSEDIC.
