Microsoft Office Word is a word processor. He is regarded as the central program of Microsoft Office. It dominates the market for word processing. It is used by all professions : clerical, secretarial, accounting, sales, customer advisor, various officials.

Microsoft Office Excel is a spreadsheet which, like almost all spreadsheets, can also make graphs, hence its name spreadsheet software. Because Microsoft Word, it dominates the market. It is used by all professions with specialties accounting, commercial and polls. The spreadsheet is very suitable for manipulating numbers, lists, to perform calculations, statistics. 7 - Vocational training DRH

Training DRH
Training Manager human resources (DRH) is reserved for managers with responsibilities in a service personnel (Category A). Cost : 5 500.00 €.

The Director of Human Resources must master the following

  • Personnel Management: the definition, implementation of recruitment and promotion of career management (mobility, placement, training ...) and the development of the remuneration policy ;
  • the social management : the creation of different forms of employee participation (incentive, quality circles ...) to motivate employees and negotiating with staff representatives ;
  • Internal communication : guarantee the quality of the social climate, HRD should seek the support of the staff with corporate goals and disseminate information of Economic and Social Council.

The coverage of the Formation within the framework of the DIF

The individual right to training (DIF), a credit hour in which an employee has to learn his initiative in a professional setting.
DIF can acquire :

  • a promotion, acquisition, maintenance and upgrading of skills,
  • a qualification for the acquisition of a diploma or a title for business purposes.
The commitment to training under the DIF is in accordance with the agreement formalized by a written document.

The DIF is applicable from 1 January 2005.
Your credit increases increases of 20 hours each year if you are full time. It combines up to a limit of 120 hours.

You are part time : the right to DIF is calculated on a pro rata basis of your plan of work.

You're CDD : If you have four months' service, consecutive or not, during the last twelve months, in the same company or not, you have acquired a right to DIF. It is calculated prorata temporis for the duration worked.

You are employees : The agreement of 8 July 2004 concluded in the temporary employment sector specific and sometimes improves some of your legal rights in vocational training. In addition, some training arrangements are specific to the interim. The DIF is opened to you if you justify 2 700 hours worked in the interim, including 2100 hours in the ETT in which you are applying (assessed on 24 consecutive months). Your DIF is 40 hours per 2 700 hours within 120 hours.

You are intermittent entertainment, there are 2 categories :
"Category A"

The right to DIF is formed when the intermittent conducted over the periods from April 1 to March 31, at least 65 days of work for artists, directors and producers, and 80 days of work for technicians . For these periods, the acquired right is 8 hours of training. For times higher, the number of hours purchased will be calculated prorata temporis.
"Category B"

and count from 1 April 2001 to 31 March 2006 :

  • 140 days of work for artists, and up to 40 days in the last 2 years
  • 160 days of work for technicians and maximum 50 days in the last 2 years.
For these periods, the acquired right is 14 hours of training.
For times higher, the number of hours purchased will be calculated prorata temporis.
Compensation
For category A public, and beneficiaries of the ARE, conditions and remuneration arrangements are identical to those applying for courses "training plan" :

  • for more than 40 hours, the student must contact the ANPE to collect AREF,
  • training for less than 40 hours, or whose training methods allow organizations to simultaneously hold a job, the intern continues to receive the ARE.

For public Class B non-beneficiaries of unemployment, the AFDAS hourly pay compensation equal to 80% of gross hourly wage.
For your application, you must have the following :

  • The form AFDAS "DIF intermittent - request to take charge" (see below)
  • the course program
  • copy of your proof of activity for the period from 01.04.2001 to 31.03.2006 (5 years)
  • Deadline for submitting File: 2 weeks before the start of the course.

You just be dismissed, you have resigned : You can use your DIF immediately. Your employer is obliged to give you the training of your choice during your notice. The number of hours you are entitled must be specified on your letter of dismissal. Otherwise, there is a lack of procedure that you can contest the tribunal. Write your letter immediately.

Your rights are managed by the FONGECIF.

The company has not only obligation information on the DIF. It must train its employees. If no request comes from them, credits hours of training are combined. Thereby increasing the financial risk to the DIF. If nothing is done for 3 years, the company faces the risk that his colleagues ask each 60 hours of training, equivalent to almost half a month of training. This represents a cost equivalent to a 13th month's salary for each employee costs (salaries + educational costs).The financial risk to let accumulate credits hours DIF is important for the company. As an indication, this represents a risk of 2 billion euros per year for all employees of listed companies.
The written request of SRI is to submit by hand or sent by mail recommended to your human resources manager.

The application must specify the nature of the training, its starting date, duration, I'organisme training and the cost of training.

The application must be filed 60 days before the start of training.

Within 30 days after the filing of your application, we will answer your human resources manager.

If the response is favorable, an agreement will formalize the choice of training and modalities of implementation.
